Child Selection Criteria

We are proud to work with various agencies, organizations and individuals all over Canada. We take applications from across the country and in order to participate, the child must:

1. Be between the ages of 7 – 12.
2. Financially the child or family would not have the opportunity to travel at this time or have NOT travelled at all in the past 12 months.
3. Be a Canadian citizen and be able to legally enter the United States.
4. Be medically, mentally, physically, socially or emotionally challenged.
5. Be considered medically stable for travel by a doctor and able to endure an extremely long and arduous day.
6. Have never been to Universal Studios, Disney or like theme park.
7. Be able to communicate orally, by touch chat or in sign language with group leaders, escorts, volunteers and children.
8. Be able to function and thrive in a group situation that is loud and overwhelming, with children and adults not known to the child.
9. Attend the mandatory Orientation Meeting before the Day of Flight.
10. The parents of the child(ren) are NOT employees of Air Canada.

PLEASE NOTE:

Forms will not be carried over from one year to the next. If a child is not selected, a new application must be submitted the following year.
